$50per hour · 2 hour minimum · $100 refundable deposit

Email us the date and time you want. We confirm within one business day and send a payment link. Your door code comes by email with your confirmation and again the day before. It works from your start time until 15 minutes after you're done. Setup and cleanup happen inside your booked time, so book what you need.

Planning a party, shower, or pop-up? Email us the date, the hours, and how many guests, and we will send a quote.

Membership

A quiet place to work on Main Street, any hour you want it.

$165per month · day pass $25 · limited to 10 members

Members get a permanent door code and 24/7 access. Weekday mornings, 7 AM to noon, are members only. The rest of the time the room is yours whenever it isn't booked, and we email members when the room is booked.

Give your business a Main Street address.

$65per month · $50 one-time setup

Run your business from home and keep your home address off the internet. Use 118 N. Main Street on your website, your Google Business Profile, your LLC paperwork, and your invoices. Your door code gets you in any hour, and your mail waits in your own locked mailbox with your own key.

Questions people ask

Can I bring food and drinks?

Yes. There's a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Bring what you need and take the leftovers and trash with you.

Is alcohol allowed?

For private events, yes, with a one-day event policy naming The Main Street Hub LLC. They cost about $75 to $150 online and take ten minutes. No sales of alcohol.

Can I come early to set up?

Your code starts working at your booked start time, so include setup and cleanup when you book. Most people add 30 minutes on each end.

What if my code doesn't work?

Check your confirmation email for the exact digits and start time, then call (215) 716-7455. We can unlock the door remotely.

Can I see it before I book?

Sure. Email us a day and time and we'll send a one-time code so you can walk through on your own.

How many people fit?

Thirty seated at tables, a few more standing for a party. Over 30 needs an event policy.

House rules

Put the furniture back to the layout on the wall. Take your trash with you. Wipe what you used. No smoking, open flame, glitter, confetti, or tape on the walls. Keep music inside the building; the neighbors are close. Don't share your door code; every entry is logged. Finish the photo checkout before you leave. The entry and main room are on camera.
